Everyone is welcome to attend. Everyone is welcome to participate in discussions and share input. However, only active members are permitted to vote. In section 3.03 of the by-laws it states that a member shall retain "active member status through his/her participation in worship services, volunteer services, and/or financial giving during the fiscal year. Only active members have the privilege of voting at meetings.
This is an important meeting for our church and we need, and are requesting everyone's attendance and imput, as the minister and the Board of Trustees share the highlights of the past year, and begin visioning and planning for the work of the forthcoming year.
